Just a quick "hi".....my friend, Michelle Berger aka BUFFMOTHER, set up this Blogspot for me. How cool is that!??! Thanks Michelle!

Just a quick note about me.....I'm a mother of 3, wife, chiropractor, figure and bikini competitor, a fitness model, and a member of Team Buffmother. I'm 40 years old, and in better shape than in my 20's! Seriously!! :) I follow the concepts of Hormonal Timing which I learned from Michelle.
